Japanese Whispers

First topic message reminder :

Time to go from bad to verse
Here's an english-haiku version of a game of chinese whispers.

To play copy the haiku and change one word for your go. A repetition of a previous haiku or two goes in a row are not allowed.

The new haiku should follow the 5/7/5 meter, have one phrase over at least two lines, and make sense on its own (artistic licence allowed).

Lets see what we end up with...here we go:

An aging willow
its image unsteady in
the flowing stream.

Soft summer music
Baby ducks paddling over

Sorry Itsa, you have diverted from the 5/7/5 meter (1st line only 4, unless you pronounce wobbly as wobberly )
